DESCRIPTION:La finalidad de esta sesión consiste en entender el término de motivación y reflexionar sobre cómo influye en el proceso de búsqueda de empleo. ¿Qué significa estar motivada? ¿Cómo influye la motivación en el proceso de búsqueda de empleo? \nExplicaremos los tipos de motivación que existen y los principales factores y barreras que afectan a la misma: emocionales\, psicológicos\, sociales y personales. \nTambién abordaremos estrategias para mantener la motivación y ayudaremos a las participantes para identificar y transformar creencias limitantes que puedan reducir su motivación mediante un ejercicio de reestructuración cognitiva.
