DESCRIPTION:Este taller está diseñado para explorar cómo los enfoques de género influyen en los procesos de toma de decisiones y en el liderazgo en el ámbito laboral.  \nA lo largo de la sesión\, se abordarán las miradas y desafíos que enfrentan las mujeres dentro de esta área.
